April 2000 – It Begins with a Vision
Dr. Herminio Nevárez meets with David and Bianca Lisonbee in Utah and becomes a Distributor for 4Life Research Inc. while maintaining his veterinary practice in Corozal, Puerto Rico.
He starts to present the opportunity to many people. It was during these first presentations that Juan Rosado ( present Diamond International Platinum ) and Rafaela Santiago ( present Diamond International Gold ) saw the opportunity to change their lives and joined the INT Network. It was here that these leaders were united, were formed and would later impact the history of this unique entrepreneurial organization.
At this time, Dr. Nevárez also opens the very first LP Center in his own home to provide a warehouse of 4Life products for the new Consumers and Distributors joining in Puerto Rico.
While providing presentations to family and friends from each Leaders home, Dr. Nevárez quickly saw the need to create Central Meetings where individuals could be invited in larger groups to be presented with the Opportunity. The first Central Meetings were established in the Hotel Pierre in San Juan, Puerto Rico by all the Leaders contributing a small amount to cover the rental of the space. The model format of the INT Central Meeting was formed!
By the end of this first year, Dr. Nevárez had already begun taking the opportunity of 4Life to the Dominican Republic.
2001 – Building the Foundations
It was while hitting the pavement and prospecting in the City that Dr. Nevárez realized the importance of creating a simple way for others to grow in the industry. He decided to design an educative system that could be easily taught to and duplicated with others, to help them become Professional Network Marketers. He set himself to the task of drafting an outline of how the process could captured in a small manual that all Leaders would keep on them for reference purposes. This draft would later become the basis for his published Guide To Success.
As the organization grew, it became increasingly more difficult for Dr. Nevárez to dedicate enough time to each and every new Networker who joined, so he also realized he needed to teach his Front Lines to assume the position of Mentors and work together as a Team, to ensure all Networkers received the necessary training to grow successfully.
So 2001 became a year of firsts in many respects for Dr. Nevárez. It was the year that he wrote the Guide to Success. It was the year that his Network actually started growing in Leadership. It was the year that saw Front Line Juan Rosado become the first Networker who was able to 100% officially retire from his position as a Security Guard and it was also the year that Dr. Nevárez, accompanied by three of his Team Leaders went to receive their recognition at 4Life’s first ever Annual Convention!
The International Networkers Team was about to be born.
2002 – The International Networkers Team is Formed
The International Networkers Team is established as the official organization that represents all the 4Life Network Distributors that have been sponsored under Dr. Herminio Nevárez and all his Front Line Leaders. The INT immediately started expanding throughout the different cities and towns of Puerto Rico. It did not take long before INT was seen in different areas of Latin America and the United States.
The INT logo was designed for the first publishing of the Guide To Success, which was created to be a pocket book manual.
Fifty ( 50 ) INT Distributors were present at the next 4Life Convention in 2002, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2003 – INT Expansion and Recognition
The INT was expanding quickly and it soon became necessary to start to create events to recognize new leaders who were growing their business organizations and achieving new ranks. This was the beginning of the INT Rallies as many were done throughout Puerto Rico in 2003.
As the expansion grew Internationally, an agenda list was made to document and identify where every central meeting was being held throughout the cities of the globe where the INT was taking root.
At the 4Life Convention this year in Orlando Florida INT was now represented by 300 Distributors and the impact was overwhelming. 4Life was taking notice of the growth of the INT group and responded with creation of all its materials to be translated from English to Spanish to help our new market share grow.
In 2003, INT had spread into Colombia, Mexico and Panama.
2004 – Dr. Herminio Nevárez becomes Diamond International Platinum ( D.I.P. )
With the Central Meetings established Internationally and the official opening of Mexico and Panama, the 4Life Founder & President David Lisonbee came to visit the International Networkers Team on their own turf at one of the INT Rallies!
David Lisonbee announced the pre-launch of 4Life’s latest product RioVida!
INT was growing so quickly it needed to find larger and larger event locations to be able to handles the massive numbers of Distributors participating in the Rallies.
By the end of 2004, Dr. Herminio Nevárez had reached the highest level of Compensation that 4Life offered; that of the coveted Diamond International Platinum. he had attained this level in just 4 years of being a Distributor with 4Life.
2005 – Juan Rosado becomes Diamond International Platinum ( D.I.P. )
The INT education system has now become the business guide for all INT Distributors as the growing numbers of new associates connect to the system across the globe. The expansion has now caught the attention of the entire 4Life
Executive committee.
Puerto Rico has it’s first Mega Rally to recognize all the members and their accomplishments. The Rally is called ” Dreams Without Limits “” For the first time Bianca Lisonbee, Co Founder of 4Life Research Inc. accompanies her husband David Lisonbee and participates the INT Rallies in the Dominica Republic and Puerto Rico. When Bianca Lisonbee visits the children’s orphanage Casa Rosada, she is moved to help them and Foundation 4Life is born. This Non Profit organization will make feeding and educating children around the world is greatest priority!
Spain becomes the INT’s first country established in Europe.

2006 – Breaking Records around the World
INT Puerto Rico breaks a new record with its rally ” For Freedom “ which filled the Arecibo Coliseum, which is one of the largest event buildings in Puerto Rico, able to house 12,000 spectators. The rally was so big, that the caravan of Leaders participating from countries as far away as Costa Rica, Colombia, Spain, Panama, the D.R. and the United States actually stopped traffic, as Distributors from all over the island drove to the Rally.
The International Networkers Team broke yet another record when they had approx. 1000 INT Distributors represent our Team at the 4Life Salt Lake City Convention ” Zero Boundaries “.
2007 – The Official launch of the INT Website
The International Networkers Team continues to fill more and more coliseums throughout Puerto Rico.
In 2007, Industry Magazine Success From Home featured 4Life Research Inc and featuring the International Networkers Team.
This year INT realized and implemented their official website www.int4life.com
This year also marked the official opening of the European marketplace and that of Colombia.
2008 – Expanding the Vision to the World
Panama was the site for the International Networkers Team’s first ever global reunion where INT Distributors united to share the most up to date information on the growth of the INT with their respective offices.
Months later INT had a another convention in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic called ” Expanding the Vision to the World “ where during 3 days approx. 2500 Distributors flew in to participate the event.
The International Networkers Team had now earned the reputation as one of the fastest growing Networking Teams in the world.
2009 – Illuminating the World
4Life Research has their 2009 Convention in Orlando, Florida and they called it ” Illuminate “. It was a total success with approx. 6000 Distributors participating of which 98% were representing the International Networkers Team.
As the European market continued growing, 2009 became the year that the country of Peru was officially opened.
2010 – The First Decade
At the end of its first decade, the International Networkers Team had celebrated the goals that it had accomplished at a special convention in Panama called ” Making the Difference “. Rafaela Santiago was recognized for achieving Club 500,000 as were
Lourdes and Wilfredo Vélez, Ivan Rodriguez, Hernán & Yaceska Roble, Esdras Cabrera, Carlos Rocha and Angel Molina.
The INT Foundation known as Children of the Andes was established in honor of the first 10 years of INT success. INT built a unique orphanage in Colombia from money it had donated, so that children who were on the street did not have to be separated from their brothers and sisters. Al siblings would be together at this one orphanage, something which generally is not available in orphanages today in Columbia.
The convention was a complete success and set the stage for the next 10 years of growth.
The excitement was overwhelming!
In just 2 months after the Convention, Angel and Invelisse Molina both reach the highest level of Compensation that 4Life offered; that of the coveted Diamond International Platinum. At this same time, Rolando and Zaida Morales reach and achieve Club 500,000.

Early beginnings
2000 – It began with a vision
It all started when Doctor Herminio Nevárez was introduced to a small private company from Salt Lake City, Utah called 4Life Research Inc in April 2000. Since he was a professional veterinarian at the time, he realized that 4Life was on the cutting edge of the study of Transferceutical Science—a natural supplement that can boost one’s overall health and immune system.
While Dr Nevárez knew that very few people had ever heard of Transfer Factors, he realized that this can be his golden opportunity to market this product. For this reason, he made an agreement with David and Bianca Lisonbee, the founders of 4Life Research Inc, to be an independent distributor for 4Life Research Inc.
As he began to showcase the company’s amazing medical products to many people, this was the time where many investors saw the opportunity to change their lives and joined the network as well. It was here that these leaders were united, were formed and would later impact the history of this unique entrepreneurial organization.
At this time, Dr Nevárez also opened the very first facility in his own home to provide a warehouse of 4Life products along with their new consumers and distributors.
While providing presentations to his close family and friends, Dr Nevárez quickly saw the need to create central meetings so that larger groups of people can also be given the opportunity to invest in it as well. The first central meeting was made at ‘Hotel Pierre’ in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was attended by a few distributors at the time.

For this reason, he decided to assign his most capable networkers as team leaders. Using this method, all networkers received the necessary training to grow successfully.
Overall, 2001 became a challenging year since there are many things that their organization did for the first time. It was also the year that Juan Rosado, one of its first team leaders, became the first networker who was able to officially retire from his job as a security guard to pursue this career instead. Dr Nevárez was accompanied by three of his team leaders and went on to receive their recognition at 4Life’s first-ever Annual Convention!
2002 – The International Networkers Team is formed
In 2002, Dr Nevárez decided to form the International Networkers Team (INT). It became the official organization of all the ‘4Life Network Distributors’ and team leaders.

2005 – INT education system becomes an effective medium
The INT education system has now become the business guide for all new distributors and became an effective way to teach all the networkers to become successful in marketing their products. The expansion has now caught the attention of the entire 4Life.
During this year, Bianca Lisonbee, Co-Founder of 4Life Research Inc. accompanies her husband David Lisonbee and participates in the INT event in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico in feeding and educating children around the world on becoming successful entrepreneurs.
Moreover, Spain also becomes the INT’s first country that was established in Europe. Similar to Dr Herminio Nevárez, Juan Rosado reached the highest level of compensation that 4Life offered and attained this level in just 5 years of being a distributor.
2006 – Breaking records around the world
